Loé Petit is a French queer and feminist intersex activist, involved in community organizing at national, regional and international scales. They have over 15 years of experience as an activist for social justice in various grassroots movements. Their life and activism are currently based between France, Portugal and Switzerland, with additional travels for activism in other countries. They hold a bachelor's degree in History and master's degrees in French as a foreign language, in Documentation, and in Gender Studies. They are currently a PhD student in Political Science specialized in Gender Studies, working on intersex as a political identity. Loé is a cofounder and a member of Collectif Intersexes et Allié.e.s - OII France, the president of Réseau Francophone de Recherche sur l'Intersexuation, a member of OII-Francophonie and a former board member of OII Europe. They're also a member of TransMissão: Associação Trans e Não-Binária, and a roller derby non-skating official.
