Happy New Year! The Astraea retreat planning is moving forward -- do check out the latest retreat news.

We're trying to get a sense of retreat attendance - - I'd be grateful to hear from you as soon as possible about whether you and your loved ones plan to attend.

We'd like to do specific retreat outreach to new friends of Astraea and could use your help in doing so. We can assist you in inviting others in four specific ways:

1. We can prepare an email blast with personal note from you. You'd give us a list of first names and emails and we'll prepare a blast under your name. You'd approve a final proof. Recipients would feel that they were getting an email directly from you and could reply to you directly, if you'd prefer. We'd need your invitation list by January 18 -- you can always add to it if it is incomplete or you think of other names.

2. You can forward a clean copy of the Astraea e-blast to your guests on your own. We'd send you a clean copy that you could forward via the e-blast vendor. You'd type in the names and emails yourself. If you choose this option, we'd like you to send out your blast by January 18.

3. We can do a snail mail for you -- you'd get us your lists, and we'd prepare packages for your signature. If you choose this option, we'd like you to get us your lists by January 18.

4. We can get you the contents for a snail mailing that you do yourself. If you choose this option, we'd like to work with you to send out your mailing by January 25.
