At Astraea, just as we are working to support the growth of lesbian organizations, we are also working to build a constituency of informed, activist donors. We believe that as this constituency grows, so will our community's power. Therefore, in addition to fundraising, a primary goal of our development program is to educate donors about money, power and philanthropy.
